You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Marketplace rules

GGHurbor hosts listings and facilitates orders between buyers and sellers. Sellers must provide accurate offer details and deliver according to the listed terms. Buyers must complete payment through approved methods and cooperate with delivery steps.

• No fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings
• No attempts to bypass escrow, chat, or fee systems
• No harassment, abuse, or unauthorized data scraping

4. Payments & TradeShield

Funds for eligible orders may be held in escrow until delivery is confirmed or completion rules are met. Chargebacks, payment disputes, and refunds are handled according to our policies and payment-provider rules.

5. Fees

Applicable fees, commissions, and currency conversion charges are shown during listing, offer, or checkout flows. Fees may change with notice where required by law.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Platform to distribute malware, steal accounts, launder money, violate game publisher terms in ways that harm other users, or otherwise abuse the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or our Code of Honor.

7. Intellectual property

GGHurbor branding, software, and content remain our property or that of our licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit, and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGHurbor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
